Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage terminology and spelling rules for my site hidden link using WPML. I have successfully added terminology to the Glossary to prevent automatic translation of specific words like Business Units & Brands.
Symptoms:
I cannot find spelling settings within WPML for German and English. WPML uses Germany-spelling with the sharp (ß) for German, and American spelling for English translations.
Questions:
Is there a way to set different spelling rules for German and English in WPML?
Do I need to change the languages and add new ones with the correct locale prefix to achieve the desired spelling rules?
Will changing the language settings affect the current content on my site?
