This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate specific elements on their website using WPML, including the 'Aplica acum' button in the HP Header Menu and four categories in the Footer Menu ('Companie', 'Pasager', 'Termeni', 'Suport'). Despite translations being available, changes were not reflecting when switching languages.
Solution:
We first verified that the button on the menu was showing as translated. For the footer section, we requested temporary admin access to the client's site to investigate further. After gaining access, we were able to translate the string 'Pasager' and directed the client to our documentation on translating admin text strings, which can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#translate-admin-and-settings-strings
We also advised clearing the website's cache (server-side included) to ensure updates were visible. The issue with the 'Apply now' button was resolved by clearing the browser's cache, as it was already translated but locked, indicating no further action was needed from the client.
Lastly, we edited the headers on the widget page to ensure the 'Support' title in the Romanian version was correctly displayed.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate certain elements of my website using WPML, but I am encountering issues with specific items not being recognized for translation.

Symptoms:
The 'Aplica acum' button in the HP Header Menu and four categories in the Footer Menu ('Companie', 'Pasager', 'Termeni', 'Suport') are not recognized by WPML for translation.

Questions:
Why is the 'Aplica acum' button in the HP Header Menu not recognized by WPML for translation?
Why are the four categories in the Footer Menu ('Companie', 'Pasager', 'Termeni', 'Suport') not recognized by WPML for translation?

Thank you for the update.

I would need temporary access to your site's WP-admin to investigate this issue and understand it better. Please create an administrator user using any email address you prefer.

Please fully back up your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
* Note: I might need to enable/disable plugins, switch themes, and access your website database.

Your next reply is set to private so you can provide the username and password details.

Thanks,
Marsel

What I can not understand is why the 4 block widgets are not appearing as translated. I found them also, and they are translated, but they don't change when I'm switching the language.

Thank you for the access, I was able to check your website and I tested with the string "Pasager" and was able to translate it.

Please check our documentation on how to translate admin text strings:

Hi,
I translated the string like in the documentation but still not working. I can translate the String in the back-end, but on the front-end the widget will not change in the translated language.
I attache you images.
I send you again the temporary link for admin access: hidden link.

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for the update, I was able to check and translate the rest of the strings.

However, the one you shared keeps showing in Romanian, can you please try clearing the website's cache (server-side included) and check if the issue persists?

The elements on the website seem to be build in the same way so they should translate in the same way without any problems.

Let me know how it goes,
Marsel

Hi,

I cleared Browser Cache, WordPress Cache, tried also from different devices. The language will not translate for the above-mentioned string.

Thank you

Hi,

The button "Apply now" on my end shows translated correctly.
Please try clearing your browser's cache and check again if the issue persists.

* The message "Registered and locked." means that the string is already translated (it shows by default on WPML -> String translation and it does not need to be added from you).
