[Resolved] The conditional logic of a Ninja form stops working in the translated language
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are experiencing an issue where the conditional logic of a Ninja form stops working in the translated language, causing incorrect information to populate in the fields. Solution: We recommend checking if the issue persists in a minimal environment on your live site by following these steps: 1. Deactivate all plugins except those active on the sandbox. 2. Temporarily switch to a WordPress default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-One. 3. Make a minor edit to the form in the default language. 4. Update the form's translation. After testing, the issue is fixed after the third and fourth steps. Please ensure to back up your database before performing these tests.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

Please log in to this sandbox site and install Ninja forms. (hidden link)
After that, please import your form and translate it to replicate the issue. If it is replicable, please let me know how to reproduce it so I can consult our compatibility team.
Sorry for the delay was travelling... Do I first need to install the Ninja forms plugin as well as I am not seeing it in the sandbox link provided... I assume yes (as this is only logical), so I will go ahead and do that.
The problem is that the conditional logic might not work on this sandbox site anyway as a conditional logic is a paid add-on. But will give this a try...
Otherwise could you not just log in on my ACTUAL LIVE SITE to see what the issue is? I'd make a backup before your intervention anyway.
I have imported the form to the sandbox, but the conditional logic does not work AT ALL in this environment. hidden link. Let me know when I can delete the test in the sandbox and I rather give you access to my site, if this will help you resolve the issue.
Thanks for installing the plugin and importing the form.
I installed the conditional logic add-on on the sandbox site. Could you please check if it works correctly there?
If it's not working, please share a screen-recorded video while reproducing the issue on your site.
Also, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Thanks for the video. I checked your staging site, and it works correctly, the same as the sandbox site. Kindly check this video. (hidden link)
Please let me know if there is any difference between your live and staging sites.
