This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the Call to Action (CTA) button added through Divi Pixel does not display on the frontend of their multilingual site, despite having translated the strings.

Solution:
1. Navigate to WPML > Theme and Plugins localization.
2. Select the "Divi Pixel" plugin and scan the plugin for strings.
3. After the scan, go to WPML > String Translation and select "admin_texts_dipi_menu_cta_menu" from the Domain dropdown list. If this domain is not visible, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Translate texts in admin screen" link. On the Admin Screen page, search for "CTA." If the `cta_menu` domain appears, select it and add it to String Translation.
4. Under the "admin_texts_dipi_menu_cta_menu" domain, locate the number that represents the ID of the menu where the CTA is assigned. To translate it, click on the "+" icon and enter the ID of the English menu. To find the ID of the English menu, go to "Appearance > Menus," switch to the English language, select the menu for the English version, and check the URL bar for the menu's ID.

I kind of have the same problem that is stated here, I guess: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/cta-button/

Although the solution was not clear to me

I already translated the strings of the CTA Button of Divi Pixel, yet for some reason the button just does not show on the frontend.

Please do check both versions:

hidden link vs. hidden link

It's all about the CTA Button in the menu.

Hope you guys can help me out!

Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

I checked your site and it seems the CTA is added as a menu item. If this button was added through Divi Pixel > Settings, I suggest trying the following steps to see if they resolve the issue.

- Please go to WPML > Theme and Plugins localization.

- Select the "Divi Pixel" plugin and scan the plugin for string

- Once the Scan is finished, go to WPML > String Translation and select "admin_texts_dipi_menu_cta_menu" from the Domain dropdown list. If this domain is not visible there, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Translate texts in admin screen" link. On the Admin Screen page, search "CTA." If the `cta_menu` domain appears in the search results, select this domain and add it to String Translation.

- You'll find a number listed under the "admin_texts_dipi_menu_cta_menu" domain. This number is the ID of the menu to which the CTA is assigned. To translate it, click on the "+" icon and enter the ID of the English menu. To locate the ID of the English menu, navigate to "Appearance > Menus" and switch to the English language. Select the menu used for the English version of the site, and then look at the URL bar of your browser to find the menu's ID.

I hope it will help. Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
