When I clear the cache, the flag symbols are visible, but if I switch from Swedish (main language) to English and back to Swedish again, the flag symbols won't show up. Questions: Why don't the flag symbols in the language picker in the top menu show up after switching languages? How can I ensure the flags remain visible after switching languages?

Background of the issue:
I am trying to see the different flags due to language in the top menu on my website: hidden link

Symptoms:
The flags in the language picker don't show up. When I clear the cache, the flag symbols are visible, but if I switch from Swedish (main language) to English and back to Swedish again, the flag symbols won't show up.
