I have completed the page translation, but when I change the layout, the translated version does not synchronize with the layout. I duplicate the content to the multilingual version to synchronize the layout, but then there is no translation. I use automatic translation to overwrite the existing translation, but the multilingual version still does not synchronize. Symptoms: The translated version does not synchronize with layout changes, and automatic translation does not resolve this issue. Questions: Why does the multilingual version not synchronize with layout changes after using automatic translation? Why are credits consumed when re-translating a page where the content hasn’t changed, despite WPML's translation memory?

Background of the issue:
