Background of the issue:
Ich versuche, eine neue Übersetzung zu erstellen, bei der alle Seiten-Optionen kopiert werden. Auf der übersetzten Seite soll das Banner bzw. der Seitentitel genauso dargestellt werden wie auf der Originalseite. Hier sind die relevanten Links: hidden link, hidden link, hidden link, hidden link.
Symptoms:
Die The7 Fancy-Titel-Optionen werden nicht vollständig in die Übersetzung kopiert. Es fehlen Optionen wie top und bottom padding, die im Original 50 und 50 bzw. 0 und 0 sind. Auch der Page-Title und andere Einstellungen wurden nicht kopiert.
Questions:
Warum werden nicht alle Seiten-Optionen in die Übersetzung kopiert?
Wie kann ich sicherstellen, dass die Fancy-Titel-Optionen korrekt übertragen werden?
Obige Seiten sind nur Beispiele, auf anderen Seiten ist es ebenso.
Wenn ich nun die kopierte deutsche Seite bearbeite und die Einstellungen vervollständige, dann ist das Problem behoben, englische und deutsche Seite erscheinen dann wieder im gleichen Layout. Das ist aber sicher nicht gewollt, dass man direkt in der übersetzten Kopie ändert.
Wenn ich auf die deutsche Seite bearbeite sehe ich in der WPML Messagebox folgendes, das sind aber nicht alle DT Einstellungen (mind. die o.g. fehlen):

The issue seems to be a compatibility between The 7 theme Fancy Text widget and WPML.
To be able to report the compatibility issues we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.
I created a clean installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.

Kindly follow the steps below:
- Install the theme.
- Install the necessary plugins.
- Try to replicate the issue by adding a new page and using the fancy text.
This will help us to report the probable issue to the compatibility team and solve the possible problem faster.
Please note: The reply time will be longer than normal due to holidays.
honestly this is way too much work for me. The WPML plugin is supposed to save us time, not to produce extra work.
The issue definitely happens and can clearly be seen on out web page.
Already 2 people of your support staff have access to our backend in regards to other issues and bugs to fix them, I don't care if a third person needs access to the front end.
The issue is simple and clear:
When adding a new translation not all page options are copied to the translation.
See above which ones are missing and which ones are according to the WPML message box are copied. This is a bug.
Add the missing items in your copy functions to fix it.
I appreciate your point of view, as this is pertaining the Astra Pro, we need to address this with a new installation to avoid any sort of possible external environment problem so we can report this to the compatibility team to be able to handle this.
I will be happy to do the test myself, but I need the plugin/theme to be installed so I can check.
I tried to look into other tickets to see if I can at least download a file from the admin, but the login information given there did not allow me to access WoP Dashboard > Plugins.
The best way to go forward is that you install Astra Pro on:

Then I will try to create a new page and try the duplicate feature to replicate the problem and report this to the compatibility team.
