This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate default sections of a paid theme using WPML, as these sections are not appearing in the string translation.
Solution:
1. Navigate to WPML >> Translation Management.
2. Scroll down to the Other texts (Strings) section.
3. Click “Modify” and ensure the option “Untranslated strings that I encounter on the front-end while logged in” is selected, and click the “Save settings” button.
4. Visit the frontend page in the secondary language where this section appears.
5. Search for the required strings one by one, add translations, and use the search filters if needed.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Thanks for sharing the screenshot. If that section is coming from theme files then you should be able to translate it by following the below steps:

1. Navigate to WPML >> Translation Management.
2. Scroll down to the Other texts (Strings) section.
3. Click “Modify” and ensure the option “Untranslated strings that I encounter on the front-end while logged in” is selected, and click the “Save settings” button (screenshot attached).
4. Visit the frontend page in the secondary language where this section appears.
5. Search for the required strings one by one, add translations, and use the search filters if needed (see attached screenshot).

If the issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Thank you
