This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing issues with the Bellevue theme, where the layout was not displaying correctly. Solution: We initially disabled all plugins on the test site to regain access. After creating a new user through the
functions.php
file, we logged in and began troubleshooting. We discovered that when all plugins except WPML, Elementor, and the required Aloha PowerPack were deactivated, the layout appeared correctly. We then asked the client to confirm if they also saw the full-width layout on their end. If confirmed, the next step would be to reactivate the other plugins one by one or in small groups on the staging site to identify the specific plugin causing the conflict.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
Great, it looked like the migration worked. Can you please share in the next reply in the private fields the login for your live site? I will NOT be logging in to your live site, but will need that to log in to the test site now that it is migrated.
Is there possibly a different login? when I try to login I get the message "Logging in with WordPress.com is disabled for sites that are in staging mode."
I have marked the next reply as private in case you need to send new credentials.
There was some plugin that was not allowing me to login, so I disabled all plugins on the test site and was able to create a new user through the functions.php file and login to the test site.
I found there that when I deactivate all plugins accept WPML, Elementor and the required Aloha PowerPack, that the layout looks correct. Can you please confirm that you see the full width layout on your end?
if so, we can continue testing on the staging site and activate the other plugins one or a few at a time to see when the issue comes back. Then we will know where the conflict is coming from.
Thank you so much thats great news. Yes everything looks great, although I see a bit of space on the right side of the page in mobile view. Not sure if its WPML.
If you disable WPML temporarily, does the space go away? If so, are you adding any custom CSS or settings in the theme options that could change this spacing?
Did you reactivate other plugins to see if the issue returns when a certain plugin is active? If not, and you need me to test that, let me know.
Thanks for confirming. Since the issue seems to be resolved or not related to WPML, you can mark this ticket as resolved. If anything else comes up that is WPML related, feel free to open up a new ticket at any time.
