Uninstalling the faulty plugin indeed resolved our problem and now we can see all the Invoices on the Translation Management Screen on WordPress. But unfortunately it still is of no help because I don't see an option to make a payment for the $100 bill.
As discussed, if we don't pay that amount, Our Automatic translations will remain blocked for security reasons. But i am not seeing any option to pay neither on WordPress > WPML > Translation Management > Tool nor on the WPML Account.
Not sure how do I unblock ourself when we want to pay but there is no mechanism for that.
I understand that we'll anyways be charged on 1st may but waiting till then is just a waste of time and capacity.
Also, we know that next limit will be reached at $4000 spend but since we're planning to translate 500+ blogs in 10+ languages, we'll reach that limit very soon and would have to wait for an entire month to make payment on 1st of June.
This doesn't logically makes any sense and hence I would request you to find some solution for us so that we can pay whenever required.
I hope you understand! Eagerly Waiting for your reply..
I've set the used credits on your site to 193k, now you can translate some content automatically to reach the limit again (195k). If you still don't see the option to make the payment in WPML > Translation Management board, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.
