[Resolved] There was an error when loading the credit wizard

when Im trying to set automatic translation, I get a message "There was an error when loading the credit wizard." both in safari and chrome. as well I have 512m max memory and memory

Upon further inspection, we could solve the issue in our local copy (hidden link) by following the steps I mentioned previously in the chat: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/can-not-use-advanced-translation-editor/#post-9163541

What we checked as different in your website is that the '_options' table does not have a 'wp' prefix. Instead, it is "wp_m3iacad1am_options". Therefore, I kindly ask you to check again in this table and find these two entries with the following SQL command:

SELECT * FROM `wp_m3iacad1am_options` WHERE `option_name` = 'WPML_SITE_ID:ate'
OR `option_name` = 'WPML_TM_AMS'

After this, by deleting them you should be able to use ATE. Please make sure to have a backup before trying it.

If you're stuck, please review the database permissions and allows us to access it. If possible, enter the FTP credentials in the private fields I'll enable for your next response.
