Background of the issue:
Hello team, I have moved my website to the different domain (hidden link) on this new domain ( production site) after i activated the key. i lost the language switcher on the Home page(i created it on my development site before the transfer using instructions on this link : https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/custom-language-switcher/)
As well as i get a message says ( This site has moved to a new location You or someone else moved this site to hidden link. Please keep in mind that ...etc) please check the attached screenshot to see the message

Symptoms:
I dont know what should i click!? is the language switcher has disappeared because of this? also, i lost the access to the translation management! i am afraid of clicking on something that will make me lose all the translations. can you please help with this? thank you

Questions:
Is the language switcher disappearance related to the site move?
What should I click to fix this and avoid losing all translations?

Hello,

Please click "mark it as a copy" at the bottom of the dialog.

Then go to WPML > Support > Installer Support and click "Check now". If you get a message that the site key is invalid, then it might be that you using the old site key.

WPML must be re-registered after each website migration or after changing the domain or domain provider.

1) Go to https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/

2) If the same site URL is already registered, delete it from the list.

3) Now enter the site URL again. This creates a new site key.

4) Click on "Show key" and copy it.

5) Enter the key under Plugins > Install > Commercial (tab) to re-register WPML. If WPML is still registered here, de-register it first.

If the problem persists, please let me know.

Regarding the language switcher:

Please verify that the option for the custom language switcher is enable at WPML > Languages > Custom Language Switcher.

Make sure that the PHP Code or Shortcode call is placed correctly inside your theme.

If this will not solve the issue, try going to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting an use the option for clearing the cache in WPML.

I will be awaiting your feedback.

Best regards
Andreas
