Hello, on sabre-heros.com tracking page, using trackship plug-in (compatabilei with wpml), there are strings I can find in order to translate them. Here what I tried to debug this: 1° scan all text and translation files ; 2° Look for strings while pages are rendered ; 3° And also tried this: Translate texts in admin screens

I have received feedback from our second-tier support team.

The tracking information displayed on the page hidden link is sourced from an API, and the text is not managed within WordPress, making it unavailable for translation.

Upon disabling WPML plugins and setting the site language to French, the output remains unchanged. It appears that the tracking plugin (likely Trackship) does not include the current language in the API request, resulting in the content being returned in English.

However, a visit to the shipping website reveals that they do provide tracking information in multiple languages, as shown in the attached screenshot. The plugin should be configured to specify the language for retrieving API results.

This issue does not stem from WPML or compatibility concerns. We recommend to reach out to Trackship support to address the problem, especially on sites where WPML is not present and the site language is not English.
