I am trying to transfer the credits back to our WPML.org account fromHello WPML Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my website hidden link
. The “Transfer credits to WPML.org” option is missing under WPML → Tools.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Deregistered and registered the site again

Cleared the WPML cache

Deleted the site key and reconnected

Despite these steps, the credits are not appearing or transferring back to my WPML.org account. The site had a lot of credits that I need to recover in the main account.

Could you please check this issue and help me transfer or restore the credits back to my WPML.org account?
