Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where everything automatically stopped working and shows an error. When attempting to fix it, another error occurs.
Solution:
If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Go to WPML > Settings.
2. Under Translation Mode, switch the mode to

"Translate What You Choose"

.
3. Save the changes.
4. Then switch back to

"Translate Everything Automatically"

.
Please confirm if this resolves the issue on your site.

If this solution doesn't look relevant to your problem, please open a new support ticket with us.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Hi,

I fixed the issue on your site by going to WPML > Settings > Translation Mode > Switch the mode to "Translate What You Choose" > Save and switch back to "Translate Everything Automatically".
Can you please confirm it works on your site?

Now I have 2 other issues I would like to ask you to take a look at.

All of these pages have a text underneath the Banner which is done with wp code and a map which is done with the app vision. How will I be able to translate these?

Thank you for confirming that original issue has been fixed. Please feel free to mark this ticket as resolved.

For the other issues, I recommend opening a separate ticket because as per forum policy we can only handle one issue per ticket. So you can get more to the point help, without mixing up several issues in one long ticket.
