Hi, Please go to WPML-> Translation Management, filter by language, and select English. After that, please send the English project to translation to check if the editor will work correctly. Best regards, |

It works when I use Translation Manager. What happens if I delete orders from the order list in translation manager? Will the translations that have already been carried out also be deleted or will they be retained? |

Hi, 1) It's great that it works when you use translation management. Please edit the page in English, make a minor edit, and update it. After that, please check if the translation editor will work as needed. 2) If you mean WooCommerce orders, the Orders (shop_order) post type is not translatable by default. However, if you translate them, deleting the default language order might affect the translated ones, so please take a database backup before testing that. If you need more info regarding the orders issue, may I kindly ask you to open a new ticket for your additional question? In our forum, we try to keep one issue per ticket. Continuing with one ticket per issue helps supporters focus on one issue at once and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster. Best regards, |

Hi, 1) No, does not work as expected. After I edited the English page, the translation editor shows the German content as the original. 2) No, I don't use WooCommerce. I meant the orders in the translation manager, since you asked me to use it. I see orders there in the status "In Process" and would like to clean them up. I was wondering what would happen if I deleted these. But that's not so important at the moment. |

Hi, Please check the following steps: 1- Go to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting ❌ Please backup your database before performing the above steps ❌ If the above steps didn't help, the workaround would be using the translation management to translate from English to Chinese. Best regards, |

Thanks for the instructions. I'll have to do this at another time. For now, you don't need to do any further work on this task. Kind regards |
