I have this same problem, but the solution outlined in the 3 year old solution doesn't work.

Problem:Client can't find a way to translate the string Home from the breadcrumbs, and is having the same issue with Previous and Next strings

Solution: Please follow this steps in order to solve this issue: - Go to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization -> Localization options -> Select one of the two first options -> Save the changes. - Go to WPML -> String Translation -> Search the strings (Home, Previous and Next) in the Avada domain -> Translate the strings -> Make sure to select 'Translation is complete' option -> Save.

Hello,

Please verify that the homepage title has been translated. If it has and the issue persists then proceed to the next step.

1. Go to WPML->String Translation-> search for the breadcrumb, are you able to locate it?

If you cannot locate it try step #2

2. In String Translation scroll to the bottom and access "Translate texts in admin screens ยป" -> search for the string

Let me know your results, please.

Thank you for the information. I was able to find the issue - the site is Running Yoast SEO and the breadcrumbs are being generated from Yoast, not from the Avada theme. That would explain why changing the string in the Avada theme was not working.

Thanks again for looking into this. You can close the ticket
