This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see and edit the English menu after creating it from the French menu. The English menu disappeared from the menu section upon returning to it. Additionally, the French menus appeared to be duplicated.
Solution:
We recommended the client to perform a conflict test by disabling all plugins except for WPML to see if the issue persists. This is a common step to isolate the problem and determine if there is a conflict with another plugin. We also pointed out that a similar issue was being addressed by our colleague Carlos in another support ticket, and suggested to follow that conversation if it was related. It is important to back up the database before making any changes to prevent data loss.

I am trying to: Modify english menu. I created english menu from French beause I need full customization. It works the first time and I created and did modification on the english menu.
When I close the page and I come back in menu section, english menu is no more visible.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: administration /menu

I expected to see: see english menu and ability to edit it

Instead, I got: no english.

Also, very strange, I have 4 french menu instead of 2. It looks they are duplicated in french. See screenshot.

Finaly, on my english page, I have the english menu I created the first time (but that I can't modify now because no more visible in menu section) : hidden link

Have you tried disabling all plugins except WPML to check if the same issue occurs?

I noticed that my colleague Carlos is already addressing a similar issue. If he's already working on it, please continue the conversation on the original support ticket.

I can't do a second staging site to test. And I have to add a ticket/problem (because you asked for).

It would be great to speak by chat to someone that can help with my 3 errors :

I apologize for any confusion. I have not requested a second staging site. Could you please confirm if the issue you reported is the same one that Carlos is already investigating? If it is, there is no need to have two support requests open for the same issue. Carlos is an experienced and knowledgeable colleague who will assist you with your problem.
