Background of the issue:
I am trying to update Reusable (synced) Patterns after translating them or amending the translations with the translations manager. The changes took an entire day to show up and then appeared randomly. I made further amendments in the translation manager, but the changes are still not updating. I have cleared the WPML cache and the wp-engine server cache. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The sign-up form at the bottom of the page still shows the old version of the content with a '+' at the end of some strings, despite making changes to the pattern.

Questions:
Why are the changes to the Reusable Patterns not updating immediately after translation?
What steps can I take to ensure the changes appear correctly and promptly?
