Hello Osama,
3) I have issues with the site's name and default e-mail address that is used in different languages. The site's standard name in Dutch is Demanchetknopenshop.nl which is correctly translated to House of Cufflinks on most places. The standard e-mail address is info@demanchetknopenshop.nl. However for the Woocommerce e-mails it isn't translated. There it still shows Demanchetknopenshop.nl and info@demanchetknopenshop.nl instead of the English name and e-mail address.
Best,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Please make sure that these strings are correctly translated in WPML-> String Translation.
After that, please place a test order to check if they will be translated in the emails sent to customers.
Best regards,
Osama

Hello Osama,
All strings are translated, but there's no field for the e-mail address.
When placing the order the e-mails are still in Dutch.
When I go to the Woocommerce e-mails it does mention the language it's in. When clicking translate, I'm send to the string translation page. On the String translation page it says that the strings don't exist.
The Woocommerce custom e-mail template doesn't support multi language. So I either need to purchase that premium plugin hoping it will work or find a different solution.
My issue with purchasing another premium plugin, is that I'm not sure that that solves al the issues.
Thanks,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Please check the following steps to translate the untranslated strings:
1- Go to WPML-> Theme and plugins localization, select your theme/plugin, and scan
2- Go to WPML-> String Translation
3- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
4- Search for the needed strings
5- Select the strings
6- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
7- Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link
8- Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end
Kindly check our guide to know more about translating texts in the admin texts screen. (https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/)
Best regards,
Osama
