[Resolved] Translated Content Created with ACF Not Appearing
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported that contact forms embedded from Microsoft Dynamics are not displaying correctly on the Japanese version of their English site, although they work on the English and Chinese versions. Solution: We reviewed the Japanese translation contact page and confirmed that the contact form is displaying correctly. We asked the client to recheck the issue on their end.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I have contact forms on many pages that are added with an embed code from Microsoft Dynamics. The forms appear fine on the English site, and on my completely separate Chinese site, but they aren't working correctly on the Japanese version of the English site.
Symptoms:
The contact forms aren't displaying on the site.
Questions:
Why aren't the forms displaying? Is there something that should be translated and isn't?
Languages: English (English )Spanish (Español )German (Deutsch )

Hi,
before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.
Could you please provide a specific example and the translation preference for the ACF Field Group? Thank You!
Here are the various preferences I have:
ACF Field Group Multilingual Setup: "Same fields across languages"
ACF Field Group Multilingual Content Setup: "Do not make 'Field Groups' translatable" (I've been unable to change this. I try, and it saves, but the actual setting reverts back. However, the site that's working has the same setting.)
Custom Fields Translation: Most are set to "Don't translate," but the contact_form_english and contact_form_japan are both set to translate, as is the contact_form_china, which is the one that's working on a copy of this site.
Post Types Translation: These forms are located on Pages and on the custom Markets post type. Both are set to "Translatable." I've tried setting these to use translation if available or fall back to default language, but that doesn't seem to make a difference.
I've tried comparing the settings of the two sites and I don't see anything that's different.
What I haven't compared, and would be very difficult to compare, is the actual translations themselves.
Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.
On the translation contact page in the Japanese language, I see the contact form displayed as well, please check the attached screenshot. Can you please recheck this or let me know where I can see the issue? hidden link
If it persists on your end, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
