Translated menu not appearing in menu editor

danielC-141	I am trying to: Edit the translated menu. I am using the translate menu manually option. I manually created a translated menu. It can be seen on all translated pages on the front end. But on the backend - in the wp menu editor where I created it, it is missing. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link I expected to see: Instead, I got:

danielC-141	Update - after several attempts, the translated menu is now appearing in the menu editor as expected. But I would still like to know how / why this may have happened in case it happens again.
