Background of the issue:
I am trying to create a Spanish version of the page at hidden link. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
Instead of seeing the Spanish version of the page, I got an error.

Questions:
Why is the Spanish version of the page not displaying properly?
What could be causing the error on the translated page?
