This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported an issue where translated product pages were not displaying photos when a product variant was selected in the English version.
Solution:
We recommended checking the WPML settings for custom fields translation. The client resolved the issue by setting a custom field to be copied in the WPML settings under 'Custom Fields Translation'.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Good day Christopher Amirian,

I tried your solution to rename these two folders, and the translation worked in all product page elements.

Now i face another problem with translated product pages, which do not show the photos of the product.

When you select a product variant in the English version, photos are not loaded, and you try to figure out what is wrong.

Could you please check it also?

could you please add the credentials again? Please also include the URL of the product affected.

I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Thank you for your prompt response and assistance. I’m pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved, and there’s no need for further access or troubleshooting at this time.
I set a custom field to be copied, and the issue was resolved in WPML—Settings—Custom Fields Translation.
