Hi Silvia. Sorry if I was not clear. This ticket is marked as a duplicate and we can't continue the conversation here. The conversation needs to be continued in the initially created ticket. You have full control to edit your latest reply in that ticket. Also, please note that there is a pretty full queue at the moment so please do not open multiple tickets because it will move your tickets lower in the priority list and it will take more to receive help. As soon as someone will be available to answer your request, you will receive a response plus a notification via email when there's a reply in that ticket. I am currently making sure that we have no duplicates in the ticket queue which is already pretty stacked. The issue will be handled in the initially created ticket.
