Background of the issue:
I’m using LearnDash with the Group Registration module. When a user is added to a group, they receive an automatic email (e.g. "You have been added to a group"). I want to translate these email contents into other languages using WPML, depending on the selected language of the user or the current site language.
Symptoms:
The subject and body of these emails are not showing up in WPML string translation, and there doesn’t seem to be a straightforward way to make them multilingual.

How can I translate the subject and body of automatic emails sent by the LearnDash Group Registration module using WPML?
