Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the email texts of a plugin called 'Five Star Restaurant Reservations - WordPress Booking Plugin' using WPML. The strings '[rtb-settings]template-booking-user' and '[rtb-settings]subject-booking-user' appear in the string translations, and I have translated them into Italian.

Symptoms:
Despite translating the strings, when I make a reservation in the Italian language, the email still sends the German template instead of the Italian one.

Questions:
Why does the translated string not show up in the Italian language?
How can I ensure the email text is sent in Italian when a reservation is made?
