Background of the issue:
I am trying to add a telephone link (tel:0000000000) in the English language on my site hidden link. I want this link to be automatically translated to the other 4 languages using WPML, as I have more than 200 pages to update.

Symptoms:
The telephone link does not translate to the other 4 languages.

Questions:
How can I add a telephone link so that it is automatically translated in WPML?....
