Background of the issue:
I'm trying to send items (pages) for translation. I have Japanese language but with a different iso code set up. It's JP instead of JA. In the past, I could send items for Japanese translation without any issues. URL: hidden link

Symptoms:
This is what I got after clicking 'Send all items for translation': Sending your jobs to professional translation (3) This service does not support the following iso-codes: jp. Rollback jobs... Batch rolled back.

Questions:
Why is the iso code 'JP' not supported for Japanese translation?
How can I change the iso code from 'JP' to 'JA' to resolve this issue?
