I am trying to translate specific products and pages on my site hidden link using WPML’s PTC translation. I followed the standard WPML documentation for this process.
Symptoms:
Each time I attempt to translate, credits are deducted, but the translations are not completed. I receive an error message stating that the task was not added to the queue.
Questions:
Why were translation credits deducted without completing the translations?
Can you restore the lost credits?
How can I configure WPML so that translations work properly?
