Translation from spanish to english not working

Gemma AT	Background of the issue: We are requesting translations from spanish to english and we are receiving this message: "(27) AT Language Solutions doesn't support the following language pair: es -> en. Please contact AT Language Solutions and ask them to add mapping for es to en, so they can receive this job. You can send them this email: Dear AT Language Solutions, I wanted to let you know that you're currently not supporting es to en which I am hoping to use on my website. Could you update the configuration to ensure it works for me in the future? Regards" Symptoms: Questions: What we need to do to make work translations from spanish to english?

Ahmed Ibrahim Supporter Languages: English (English ) Arabic (العربية ) Timezone: Africa/Cairo (GMT+02:00)	Hi, and thanks for contacting our support forum. I have checked the language pairs inserted in "AT Language Solutions" and found that they configured es -> en-us. I mapped en to en-us, so please try to send it again and let me know if it works.
