I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.
From the WPML Debug info, I can see that everything is well configured. As the first steps to solve issues related to variations, would you please try the following and check if that helps to solve the issue?
- Please go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes tab
- From the dropdown, select the Attribute used for variation.
- Scroll down and you'll see a button to "Synchronize attribute across languages". Click on that. Please wait till the process is finished.
- Once done, please go to the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status" tab
- Scroll below and you'll see a link named "Troubleshooting". Click on that.
- From the Troubleshooting page, select the following options and click on "Start"
-- Sync product variations
-- Fix translated variations relationships
-- Update product count
Before attempting these steps, ensure to create a backup. Keep me posted on the progress. I'm here to offer any additional help you might need.\
