Please refer to this screen recording that shows you what I did to remove the extra page title from the page hidden link You need to 1. Edit the Translated English Page. 2. Open the page options 3. Locate : Page Title Section 4. Check "Hide Page Title Section"

It should look fine now. 1. Edit the Translated English Page. 2. Open the page options 3. Locate : Page Title Section 4. Check "Hide Page Title Section"
