This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
1) Translated strings are updated but not reflected on the front end.
2) Some strings are not recognized by the plugin.
Solution:
1) Navigate to WPML-> String Translation, scroll down, and enable the

Auto-register strings

option. Then, check if the translated page reflects the changes on the front end.
2) It appears that the WordPress memory limit is too low, which might indirectly affect the functionality. Increase the memory limit by adding the following code to your wp-config.php file just before the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:

/* Memory Limit */<br />define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');<br />define('WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

1) Please go to WPML-> String Translation, scroll down, enable the "Auto-register strings" option, and check the translated page on the front end.

If these strings are translated, the translation is there but not loaded. If they are not translated, the translation is missing.

2) It's unrelated to the issue, but according to your Debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased. PHP memory is fine, but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. The minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB. (Kindly check this page https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/)

You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file right before the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:

/* Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Best regards,
Osama

Thanks, Osama.

I enabled Auto-register strings and added the snippet too. It did fix the problem.
