Background of the issue:
I am trying to display translated custom post types, specifically events and white papers, on the English version of my website. I have already translated them and adjusted settings in WPML, including checking the JetEngine translation button. I also translated the listings. I attempted to increase the memory limit and execution time as suggested in another post. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link
Symptoms:
The translated events and white papers do not show on the English version of the website. Despite translating them and adjusting settings, no listing items appear.
Questions:
Why are the translated custom post types not displaying on the English version of the website?
What additional steps can I take to ensure the translated listings appear?
Thanks for contacting us. I've checked the link you've provided and I can see the missing posts. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
I've checked and I'm able to make it work as shown in the attached screenshot. You need to first check the Events and make sure it is translated to English correctly.
I'll list the steps here and I hope you can understand.
1. Navigate to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation > Check "Show "Multilingual Content Setup" meta box on post edit screen."
2. Go to Events in primary language and edit the events.
3. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see custom fields like "title", "locate" and etc.
4. Configure these as "copy" so that the information can be copied over to the translated events. Resave and retranslate the events so that the information can be copied to the translated page.
5. Check the English Events page and you should see the events that you've translated just now.
