This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate field labels or placeholders in a registration form built with the B2BKing Pro plugin, despite having scanned the plugin's domains and translated the strings in the WPML String Translations settings.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML->Settings->Custom Post Type Translations.
2. Set the Custom Registration Role (b2bking_custom_role) as translatable.
3. Edit the roles and translate them to secondary languages.

This approach should resolve the translation issue on the front end.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

I have a registration form built with B2BKing Pro plugin. The plugin's domains are scanned and the strings are in String translations settings (under "b2bking" text domain). But the strings are not changing on the front end. I tried clearing cache and rescaning the strings in Themes and plugins localization settings. Nothing worked. I cannot translate the field labels or placeholders.

For example: I translated every occurrence of "First Name" (exact match) in all text domains, but it's still not visible on the registration page.

All help will be much appreciated.

Hello 🙂

I will help you further on this issue.

- Go to WPML->String Translations
- At the bottom of the String Translation page, click on Not seeing strings that you are looking for? tab
- Click on Admin Texts Translations link
- Search for the strings there and see if you can find them.
- If you can find it, select it and add it using the “Add to string translation” button
- Click on “Return to String Translations”
- Translate it

if the above doesn't help, To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.

Hello there,

It looks like those are post type titles as a reason it's not translated from WPML->String Translations.

Please follow the below steps:
- Go to WPML->Settings->Custom Post Type Translations
- Set Custom Registration Role (b2bking_custom_role) as translatable
- Now edit the roles and translate it to secondary languages. hidden link

This should fix the issue.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks
