1) Could you please let me know how these strings are added to your site? Also, please check the following steps:
1- Go to WPML-> Theme and plugins localization, select your theme/plugin, and scan
2- Go to WPML-> String Translation
3- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
4- Search for the needed strings
5- Select the strings
6- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
7- Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link
8- Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end
2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?

The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.
I have done that, but there are multiple options, see the screenshot. For example, the footer. What do I choose from here? There are 62 options and none of them looks relevant.
Searching for CORPORATE OFFICE found nothing in both string translation and Admin Texts Translation.
I will need translation for the entire footer section that is a template using the "Themify Pro Builder" as well as the layout part that is above the header.
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

I was able to translate the Read More button by editing the translated Archive template. Kindly check it and let me know if it works correctly.
