Problem:
You are trying to ensure that your footer menu items display correctly in Spanish on your website. Although the menu item appears correct in the Max Mega Menu Spanish menu in the backend, it is showing incorrectly on the live site.
Solution:
First, we recommend checking the guide to ensure that you have completed all the necessary steps for setting up the menu translations. You can find the guide here: https://manual.menu.megamain.com/#wpml_guide.
Next, you need to adjust the Mega Menu settings for the specific menu item that is displaying incorrectly. Change its translation in the Mega Menu settings. We have provided screenshots to guide you through this process.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. You need to click on Mega Menu settings for this particular menu item and change its translation. I have attached the screenshots.

Hello, I already tried updating in the meta menu. You can see the mega menu has the correct translation and the footer on the front end has the wrong translation. Are you seeing that they are different?

I do not see that they are different once I updated the item on your staging website based on your screenshots of the problem from the initial message. I am attaching the screenshots.

Hello, this is not what's happening on product. On production it is correct in backend but not on frontend.

It is correct on the dev environment I gave you after you fixed it. But it’s not the same way on production even though I copied from prod to dev. Should I give you access to prod?

I am not from russia, I am located in Ukraine. However, I can also use a VPN if you let me know the preferred country.

I'm still experiencing the same issue, even with a VPN. Can this feature be temporarily deactivated, or can the access credentials be retested?
