This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to see the pending translated pages that needed review in the WPML translation queue. Additionally, for French pages, the main menu bar was not staying locked when scrolling down the page. Solution: To address the translation queue issue, we suggested making a minor edit to the original content and saving it again to trigger the translation process. If this did not resolve the issue, we found that the problem could be due to invalid translation pages/posts started on a different site URL. Check the posts/pages that are waiting for review (eye icon), which leads to page 404. These missing pages are in the trash bin and we need to permanently delete them. Then, the translation queue shows up correctly.
If these solutions do not resolve your issues or if they seem outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to review translated pages on my site hidden link using WPML.
Symptoms:
When I click on the Review Translation link, the translation queue page comes up, but the pending translated pages that need review are not listed.
Questions:
I have pages that need to be reviewed prior to publishing but the system will not display the list of them. How can this be resolved?
Thank you as that did resolve the issue. I have an additional issue and one question.
Issue
For all the pages in French, the main menu bar is not staying locked. When you scroll
down the page the menu bar scrolls over the text of the page. How do I resolve that?

Is there a way to get the page settings to save? Whenever we make a change to a page and it is retranslated, the settings are not staying the same. By settings I mean the Height, Alignment, Color mode (see attached screenshot).
We need to check the page options to see if we can configure WPML to copy the settings over to your translated page.
As for the issue with the translation queue, I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Also, I was working through the translation queue and it has disappeared again eventhough under translation management it says there is 17 pending review.
I'd like you to know that our support policy allows us to take care of only one issue per ticket.
Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
So, I've split the tickets for you below so that we could follow up.
Unfortunately, the translation queue has disappeared again. I tried creating a new draft post and translating it. The translation completed but when I click on translation review, the queue does not appear.
Thanks for your reply. I am getting here the following error:
TypeError: Failed to construct 'URL': Invalid URL
This usually happens, if those jobs were started on a different site URL. Could it be that prior to that, the site was migrated from a different site URL?
I've removed these invalid translation pages/posts and the Translation Queue seems to work fine now. Could you retry?
The queue is back and they should not have been started on a different site.
How did you identify and then remove the invalid translation pages/posts? I would just like to understand so if it happens again, I know where to look.
I checked the posts/pages and when I click on the posts/pages that are waiting for review (eye icon), it leads to page 404. So, I traced the missing page which is in the trash bin and permanently deleted it. Then, the translation queue shows up correctly.
