Problem:
The client was unable to translate a page from the backend after installing the Google Adsense script. The translation editor was not loading correctly in Firefox, although it worked in Google Chrome.
Solution:
We recommended the client to clear the browser cache in Firefox or try using a different browser to resolve the issue. Clearing the cache proved to be effective in resolving the problem.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If clearing the cache does not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
