I tried to remove and re-create Italian but it is not fixed.
It is not clear to me if this is a workaround/fix or if this is supposed to be the way to handle these translation. It is becoming a real nightmare!

exactly, we don't have any caching active (not even on server level). For this reason is really hard because as you noticed you change things that are not reflected on front-end.
For example see attached image. I now need to add a <br /> to move on second lines and for what I understood I need to do all the procedure you showed me yesterday otherwise if I just edit in WPML editor it does not work.
I will be here for another 30 minutes and then out for two hours but I will then be back.
Not sure if you will be sleeping at that time because I think you are 8 hours difference and it should be midnight there.
Anyway, if you need anything from me I am here. It seems the only missing part is the WPform email. Please when you can check the other ticket. I think I noticed a possible cause.

Ok, please try this now. Edit the homepage contents, add the br tag that you need and save it. Then, go to hidden link and click on "regenerate files & data". This worked for me hidden link when I added a br tag after the "Bienvenido/a Apple Champion!" text
It seems it worked but:
1. I edited the Dutch language clicking on the pencil in the Pages section
2. Added the br in the proper field and then regenerate elementor.
I guess you wanted me to edit in Elementor, is it? I try now with French in same way.
