[Closed] Translation won't save

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate an Elementor section using WPML.

Symptoms:
The translation won't save. I expected to see the completed translation turn to a tick, but instead, the translation stays on a cog wheel.

Questions:
Why won't the translation save?
How can I get the completed translation to turn to a tick instead of staying on a cog wheel?
