Background of the issue:
Hello,

I am having trouble with ATE translations. I have multiple jobs that will not finish. The ones that do are only coming through after many hours. The amount of jobs <100 so nothing weird.

I tried to clean op de WPML database, canceling in progress jobs, resetting the professional translations state etc. But this does not solve the problem. Also it does not completely delete in-progress jobs.

In the error log it states: AMS Server Communication Api error missing resource: No sitekey found for this website: AMS Server Communication Api error missing resource: No sitekey found for this website.

This is also a bit questionable because some of the jobs do come through.

please advice

Symptoms:
Translation jobs are not finishing, and completed jobs take many hours. The error log shows: 'AMS Server Communication Api error missing resource: No sitekey found for this website.'

Questions:
Why are my ATE translation jobs not finishing?
What does the error 'No sitekey found for this website' mean and how can I resolve it?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!

According to what I see on the system, it seems like you did not create a new site key when moving the site between the dev environment and the live site.

Please go to WPML > Support > Installer Support and click "Check now". Do you see any issues regarding API connections or the wpml.org site key?

WPML must be re-registered after each website migration or after changing the domain or domain provider.

1) Go to https://wpml.org/account/websites/

2) If the site URL is already registered, delete it from the list.

3) Re-enter the site URL. This will create a new site key.

4) Click "Show key" and copy it.

5) Enter the key under Plugins > Install > Commercial (tab) to re-register WPML. If WPML is still registered there, de-register it first.

If the problem persists, please let me know.

Best regards
Andreas
