[Escalated to 2nd Tier] Translations are not processing/finishing

Background of the issue:
Hi. I have been in contact with you several times regarding translations issues with WPML. Now my problem is that I have changed some descriptions, rates and seasons on my page, and the translations won't finish (or even start processing). The counter has said "1 minute remaining" for quite a while now, while being stuck at "0/22 tasks completed", so something is not working correctly. I have even added extra translation credits to the site, but that did not help the issue.
I would very much appreciate some hands on help on this, since I have had ongoing problems with WPML since I bought the license. On the site in question, I have WPML combined with the MotoPress Hotel Booking Plugin, which is a plugin that is fully compatible with WPML. I am willing to offer your support department access into my WP-dashboard, so you can identify the issue faster, and possibly also provide me with some best practices moving forward.
Also, I am wondering, since there has been so many issues. Would it be helpful to re-translate all of the contents automatically, so that all of the URL-structures, taxonomies and other variables sync up? I have no idea if this is even related to the issue, but I thought I would mention it either way. It seems like so many issues and changes have cluttered up the whole structure, but I don't have any evidence to back this up. Just my gut feeling.
Finally, I recently tried to change the default language to Norwegian, since most of the site visitors are from Norway. This did not work at all, so I had to restore a backup of the site and just forget about doing it. If i could get some help on making Norwegian the deafult language (with English under hidden link & German under hidden link), without the site crashing, that would be extremely helpful! It seems most of the booking issues arise when visitors are booking in secondary languages, so making the most used language (Norwegian) the default would limit this.

To troubleshoot this problem, I'll install the Duplicator plugin and generate packages for further debugging purposes. I'll ensure to exclude all media files to maintain a minimal package size.
