Background of the issue:
I am trying to complete translations for my WordPress site using WPML. The progress bar is stuck at 98%, even though all texts are marked as translated. I have reported this issue before and was told to complete all tags in translations, which I had already done. The issue can be seen here: hidden link

The translations counter is stuck at 98%, and the 'Complete translation' button indicates that I need to 'save all sentences before finishing', even though all sentences are marked green and there are no orange sentences.

The issue happens only in the new version of the Advanced Translation Editor. When switching to "previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor" through the settings, the issue is resolved. Please fix this in the new Advanced Translation Editor.

The reason the translation progress in the editor is not showing 100% could be due to some content being hidden in the editor. We’ve recently identified an issue with the new translation editor where content added in HTML attributes is not visible, which prevents the progress from reaching 100%. The content you’re not seeing in the translation editor might be embedded in HTML attributes, which is why it’s not appearing and affecting the overall progress.
In such cases, we recommend switching to the previous translation editor until we resolve the issue. Our developers are working on it, and we expect a fix soon.

You should take the new tool offline and fix it first, before exposing your customers to this faulty software. Almost every page on our website suffers from this issue. We are probably not the only one.
