Hello, so we have used WPML for quite some time now and somhow, everytime there are any changes to the site something goes wrong regarding this perticular plugin. I have 3 languages (default is slovene, then there are serbian and english also). The site was set up months ago, the store was working and the sales were happening. Last week, we changed the products prices from "on sale" prices to "regular". Since then there is problem after problem. After I resolve one, another one accurs. The first one was, that one perticular customer bought one item with the "on sale" price, even tho one week ago the prace was changed and she was the only one with the low price. We taught it was a bug and let it go. Over the next few hours we got complaints that the languages are all mixed up for the customer. Specifically the product name and the success message (added to cart) where in 2 different languages. The translations were correct when we checked, but this kept appearing so we just removed the succes message from the site. Now I am notecing that the "add to cart" buttons are not working as they should. They were working a few hours ago, but now, everytime I try to add an item to the cart from swerbian or english site, it switches back to slovene (default). I neeeeeed help ASAP! What is happening? I would much appreciate a phone contact, but if this is not possible please at lease help me out asap!

Hi there,

This is very hard for us to be able to understand why this is happening for you.

The process of troubleshooting might take a while, that is why I need to be upfront as it seems you think this will be a quick fix. We also do not know what is going on.

What we suggest that needs to be done to be able to check:

- Create a staging version fo your website as the copy of the live site in current situation so we can check.
- Do the next steps on the staging website and not the live website
- Update Woocommerce multilingual plugin to version 5.3.3.
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML String translation, WPML Multilingual CMS, Woocommerce, and Woocommerce Multilingual
- Change the theme from Flatsome to 2021
- Check if the same thing happens.
- If yes, please get back to us with the login information of the copied website (not the live website) by making the next reply as private.
- If no, then enable the plugins one by one to find the culprit.

Thanks.
