Hello, I have the following answer on email and I can't see it here:
"Thanks for your reply.
You need to refresh the Advanced Translation Editor by making minor edits to the page. Now, everything is translated here hidden link and could you check?"
My answer is:
I have multiple pages, I have blog posts, I have 2 languages in which my content is translated. To edit every one of them so that the translation is correct is time consuming. This is the only way to do it?
It is even worse, the translations on my homepage disappeared, and the entire website is "broken".... please tell me why new strings appear and what is the best way to translate my content so the translations remain in place.
Of course I did. I am paying for ADS to promote this content, so I can't leave it broken for days. This conversation isn't leading anywhere, and I had to redo the translations as if they were never done. So I need to ask again: why are there so many strings to translate? It seems there are even more now—why is this happening?
Let's revisit this together. Please check the French translation at hidden link and make the corrections as demonstrated in hidden link
Afterward, please inform me of any other strings that remain untranslated.
Once that's complete, we can monitor the site together. If the translations revert again, please let me know what actions you've taken in the meantime that might have contributed to the issue.
Understanding how the problem reoccurs will help us investigate further; otherwise, we may just be going in circles.
can you please tell me why I have so many strings? and how can I get rid of the ones that are not useful?
there are many of them which are not translated.
Looking forward to your answer!
Thanks for your reply. You can remove strings that are not used or translated using the "Clean up the String Translation table by removing untranslated strings by domain." option here hidden link .
Also, you can optimize string tables and clear invalid strings in WPML > Support > Troubleshooting Link > here hidden link
Hello.
One last question. did you make changes in C-Panel File Manager, I would like to know if you made a copy of the public_html folder, see screenshot.
Thank you!
Based on your screenshot, these strings are coming from Elementor. You can refer to the "Text Domain" name as shown in the attached screenshot from an example. If it shows Elementor, it means the strings are from a page that uses the Elementor page builder. The number next to the Elementor text domain name indicates the page editor ID.
