On our website properties.emaar.com, we are using WPML plugin and have integration with TransPerfect as Translation Service. We noticed that from last few instances, the jobs sent are not getting delivered back.

If you're not getting translations from the Translation service, it's possible that the credentials for the Translation service may have been deauthorized or the translations have not been fetched for some reason. Could you please take a moment to verify on the TransPrefect dashboard that the translations have been completed?
If they are, please try the following and check if it helps to solve the issue.
- Navigate to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting" in your dashboard.
- At the bottom of the page, you will find a button labeled "Refresh Translation Services".
- Click this button and wait for the service to refresh.
- After this process, go to "WPML > Translation Management > Translators". Here, check if you are prompted to reauthorize the Translation service credentials. If required, re-enter the Translation service API key and reauthorize the service. Then, attempt to retrieve the translation by clicking on this button: hidden link
- In case the status remains authorized even after refreshing, simply click the "Check status and get Translation" button to see if the translation has been successfully pulled from the translation service.
