Problem:
You are trying to load the translation queue in WPML, but it is not displaying correctly, showing only headings before turning into a blank page.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to load the translation queue in WPML, but it's not displaying correctly. You can see the issue at this link: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The translation queue is showing only headings before turning into a blank page.

Questions:
Why is the translation queue not loading correctly?
How can I fix the blank screen issue in the translation queue?

I already reported the issue here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translations-queue-not-loading/ but couldn't follow up due to the busy schedule, please let me know how to send you the website credentials so that you can look into it.

Welcome to WPML support. I will answer this ticket before the ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.

As my colleague could not find any errors related to WPML, you will need to first, copy the website so we will have a version that can do troubleshooting without the fear of breaking a live website.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

We will not be able to do troubleshooting on a live website.

In my next reply, I’ll share the SQL query you need to run on your live site after making a full backup. Once executed, the Translation Queue page should load correctly.
