This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with missing information and a change in the design of the translation pages on your tour page using the Traveler theme with WPML, it's likely due to the theme layout settings not being configured for each language.

Solution:
We recommend configuring the theme settings for each language you are using on your site. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you with this process:

  1. Go to Theme Settings and locate the Styling Options tab.
  2. Under the General tab, select either WPBakery or Elementor Page Builder based on your previous configuration for the specific language you are setting up.
  3. Click Save Changes to apply the new settings for the language.

For more detailed instructions, please refer to the Traveler theme's documentation on setting up WPML: https://travelerwp.com/how-to-set-up-wpml-plugin/

Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, don't hesitate to open a new support ticket with us.

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Please make sure to set your post type and Tours correctly. After that, check if Tours has been translated and if the pencil icon is showing for the second language in the backend. For more information, please visit hidden link.

I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site – preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible – in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

As far as I can see, you need to configure the theme layout settings for each language.

Please have a look here:

Note: After you have installed the WPML Plugin on your website, you will need to configure the theme settings for each language you want to add to your website. For instance, let’s say you want to set up a Spanish language version for your website. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to Theme Settings, find the Styling Options tab.
2. Under General tab, Select either WPBakery or Elementor Page Builder based on your previous configuration for Spanish language.
3. Click Save Changes: After selecting the page builder for the Spanish language, save the changes you made to the theme settings.

Thanks for the response, I have followed the steps using my new language but the options were already selected, so I have tried to select them again and save.
But still, the same issue occurs.
Note: everything works fine in the new languages but the hotels and I don't understand why.

I have managed to solve it by changing the layout of the page. Seems like "layout 1" is not compatible with wpml

I am glad to hear that the issue has been resolved. However, it is uncertain why there was an issue with layout 1. You may want to seek clarification from the theme author.

Additionally, I noticed that you are not using the latest version of your Traveler theme. This could also be a potential reason for the issue.
